Jay-R Strowbridge is a 10 year professional basketball player. Jay has played in various league such as NBA G League with Rio Grande Valley Vipers and Memphis Hustle, Germany twice, Romania, Cyprus, Canada and many more countries.
Jay-R is a certified DISC Consultant for Innermetrix and Professional Skills Basketball Coach and Consultant. He trains NBA, Overseas, College, High School, and Youth basketball players year round.
Jay-R is a player development consultant for some of the best high school teams in Alabama and helped multiple professional programs around the world.

After completing his undergrad, Jay-R did his 5th year at the University of Oregon and played for Coach Dana Altman. He averaged 10.1 ppg while making 2.1 3’s per game in the Pac 10 and leading Oregon to a Pac-10 semifinals and CBI Championship. After earning his degree, Jay-R received an offer to play professionally for Houston Rockets G League, Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He has played 9 seasons professionally in countries such as Germany, Romania, China, Cyprus, Canada, Dubai, Republic of Georgia, Croatia, Albania, and USA (Memphis Hustle). Jay-R has been training since 2010 where he helped his first client, Ethan Maske receive a full ride at Barton College. He has established himself and worked with some of the top professional and collegiate athletes.
Dominique Mallary
Strow Show Skills Trainer
Dominique Mallory is a native of Memphis, TN. He graduated from Lane College with a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice and received his Master's degree from Alabama A&M University in social work.
Dominique is a motivational speaker, published author, & assistant high school basketball coach. He has had a lot of success as a professional skills trainer for professional athletes across the country.
Kiana Moore
Strow Show Skills Trainer
Kiana (Ki) is from Fairfield, California. In her senior year of high school, she was ranked No. 8 in Northern California and No. 12 in the state of California from 2015-2016. Three-time all-conference honoree. Conference MVP as a senior. Averaged 10 points, 2 assists, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds per game over her high school career.
Ki played at The University of Utah (PAC-12) for 4 consecutive years (2016-2020). Ki had a break-out season as a junior (2015-2020) at Utah averaging 11.6 points in conference play and 9.6 pts per game overall. Pac-12 All-Defense honorable mention.
Played in all 30 games, starting 17. Regularly guarded the opponent’s best player, finishing with 26 steals. Scored a career-high 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the floor and 6-of-9 shooting from deep against Washington State.
Ki is a very passionate woman who is eager to help young men and women reach their goals not only on the court but off the court. Ki is also eager to help players find their “one more” making “resiliency, dedication, effort and focus” the foundation of that.
Ki is also an assistant coach at Bob Jones high school during the winter season.
